HS-10510 + rosuvastatin

HS-10510 + rosuvastatin is an oral fixed-drug combination under clinical investigation, composed of HS-10510, a small molecule proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitor, and rosuvastatin, a well-established statin (HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor). This combination is intended for dyslipidemias, with a particular focus on primary hypercholesterolemia and complex dyslipidemias. HS-10510 is designed to lower LDL-C and PCSK9 levels, potentially providing additive or synergistic lipid-lowering effects with rosuvastatin. The regimen is being developed and trialed primarily in China by Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical. As of June 2025, the combination is in Phase I clinical trials assessing safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in healthy volunteers and individuals with elevated LDL-C or dyslipidemia[1][3][6].
