Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-20093 + adebrelimab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of HS-20093, a fully humanized IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-H3, and adebrelimab, a fully humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). HS-20093 binds specifically to B7-H3, a protein highly expressed on solid tumor cells, and delivers a cytotoxic payload (topoisomerase inhibitor) to induce tumor cell death[1][4][8]. Adebrelimab blocks the interaction of PD-L1 with PD-1 and B7-1, thereby activating T-cells and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses[2]. The combination is being developed primarily for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), aiming to leverage the direct tumoricidal effect of HS-20093 with the immune checkpoint inhibition of adebrelimab.
