Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**HS-20093 + adebrelimab + cisplatin + carboplatin** is an investigational combination regimen for cancer therapy, particularly being explored in relapsed or refractory extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) and potentially other solid tumors. - **HS-20093** is a fully humanized IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets B7-H3 (CD276), a molecule highly expressed in various solid tumors. It delivers a topoisomerase I inhibitor selectively to tumor cells expressing B7-H3, exerting antitumor effects via targeted cytotoxicity, and is under development by Hansoh Pharmaceutical. - **Adebrelimab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody and immune checkpoint inhibitor against programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking the interaction of PD-L1 with PD-1 to enhance T-cell mediated antitumor immune responses. - **Cisplatin** and **carboplatin** are classic platinum-based chemotherapy agents. Both form DNA crosslinks, inhibiting DNA replication and transcription, which leads to cancer cell death. They have partially overlapping toxicity profiles and mechanisms but provide broader platinum exposure when used together. This combination is being evaluated primarily in clinical studies for advanced solid tumors and is not currently approved for clinical use outside of research.
