Overview

HS-20093 + bevacizumab + 5-fluorouracil is an experimental combination regimen under evaluation for advanced or metastatic solid tumors. - **HS-20093** is a fully humanized IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-H3, a protein highly expressed in various solid tumors, delivering a cytotoxic payload to kill cancer cells. - **Bevacizumab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets and inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), thus blocking tumor angiogenesis. - **5-fluorouracil** is a pyrimidine analog antimetabolite that inhibits thymidylate synthase, interfering with DNA synthesis and inducing cytotoxic effects on rapidly dividing tumor cells. This combination aims to synergistically enhance antitumor effects through direct cytotoxicity, inhibition of tumor angiogenesis, and blockade of key growth pathways. This regimen is currently being studied in patients with advanced solid tumors, including those refractory to prior treatments, in early-phase clinical trials[8][4][6].
