Overview

HS-20122 + adebrelimab is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Hansoh BioMedical for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination consists of HS-20122, a research-stage compound, and adebrelimab (also known as adbrelimab), a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). Adebrelimab is an IgG4 subtype antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptors, PD-1 and B7.1, thereby restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor immune responses. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase Ib clinical trials to assess safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC, particularly those with wild-type EGFR. While adebrelimab is approved in China for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, HS-20122 remains an early-stage asset with limited publicly disclosed mechanistic details.
