HS-20122 + aumolertinib

HS-20122 + aumolertinib is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Hansoh Pharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen combines **HS-20122**, an EGFR/c-Met bispecific monoclonal antibody, with **aumolertinib** (Ameile), a third-generation, irreversible EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). Aumolertinib selectively targets EGFR sensitizing mutations and the T790M resistance mutation while sparing wild-type EGFR. HS-20122 simultaneously targets the EGFR and c-Met pathways, a strategy intended to overcome or delay resistance to EGFR TKIs, which often occurs through c-Met amplification or co-activation. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase Ib clinical trials to assess its safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC.
