**HSANPs-PEI@EZH2siRNA** is a preclinical non-viral RNA nanomedicine for **acute myeloid leukemia**. It consists of EZH2-targeting small interfering RNA electrostatically complexed with polyethyleneimine-conjugated human serum albumin nanoparticles. The formulation is designed to protect siRNA from systemic instability and enhance delivery to AML cells, where siRNA-mediated suppression of **Enhancer of zeste homolog 2** reduces EZH2 expression and associated Polycomb-regulated markers including BMI1, H3K27me3, and H2AK119ub. In AML xenograft mice, systemic administration produced EZH2 gene silencing and reduced leukemic cells in peripheral blood and bone marrow. The asset was reported in a 2020 peer-reviewed Journal of Materials Chemistry B publication and has no identified clinical development program or marketed product name.
