Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HSK42360-Na + cetuximab is an investigational combination regimen consisting of HSK42360-Na, an oral, brain-penetrant, second-generation 'paradox-breaker' BRAF inhibitor, and cetuximab (Erbitux), an approved epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) targeting monoclonal antibody. Developed by Haisco Pharmaceutical Group (with ex-Greater China rights licensed to Nuvectis Pharma under the code NXP200), HSK42360-Na selectively inhibits active BRAF V600 monomers without inducing RAF dimerization or paradoxical MAPK pathway activation. The addition of cetuximab is designed to counter EGFR-mediated feedback reactivation, a primary resistance mechanism in BRAF-mutant colorectal cancers. The combination is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical evaluation in China (NCT07790510) for the treatment of patients with BRAF V600-mutant metastatic colorectal cancer.
