Overview

hSTC810 + paclitaxel is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of relapsed or refractory extensive stage small cell lung cancer. hSTC810 (also known as nelmastobart or STT-003) is a bispecific antibody that targets immune checkpoints to enhance antitumor activity and potentially overcome resistance in various cancers. Paclitaxel is a well-established chemotherapy agent classified as a mitotic inhibitor; it works by inhibiting cell division through stabilization of microtubules, thereby blocking cancer cell proliferation. The combination aims to leverage the immunomodulatory effects of hSTC810 with the cytotoxic action of paclitaxel for improved efficacy in difficult-to-treat cancers such as small cell lung cancer[1][2][3][5][6][7].
