Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HT-101 + HT-102 is a combination therapy developed by HepaThera Biotech for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB), aiming for a functional cure. The regimen consists of HT-101, a GalNAc-conjugated small interfering RNA (siRNA) that targets the hepatitis B virus (HBV) S region to silence viral transcripts and reduce antigen production, and HT-102 (also known as BM012), a neutralizing antibody designed to clear circulating viral proteins like HBsAg. By combining intracellular viral suppression with extracellular protein clearance, the therapy seeks to restore the host's immune response against HBV. It is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials.
