HT-102 + FD-001

HT-102 + FD-001 is a combination sandwich therapy for chronic hepatitis B. It consists of HT-102, a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) to rapidly clear it from the blood, and FD-001, a therapeutic hepatitis B vaccine designed to stimulate the host immune system. Developed by Suzhou Hepa Thera Biopharmaceutical (also known as Kunze), the regimen involves initial HBsAg reduction via HT-102 followed by immune stimulation with FD-001. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials led by Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital for patients with chronic hepatitis B, particularly those who have undergone surgery for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), with the goal of achieving HBsAg seroconversion and preventing HCC recurrence.
