hTERT + Survivin is a combination immunotherapy approach that targets two critical tumor-associated antigens: human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) and survivin (BIRC5). Both proteins are highly expressed in most cancers and play crucial roles in cancer cell survival and proliferation[1][2].
