The treatment involves the intravenous infusion of approximately 300 million culturally expanded MSCs, which are sourced from cGMP-compliant, FDA-registered laboratories in the United States. The therapy is designed to address systemic inflammation and promote tissue repair through paracrine signaling, immunomodulation, and potential cell differentiation. It is primarily indicated for degenerative conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), liver disease, and asbestosis, as well as for 'Intelligent Aging' protocols aimed at improving longevity and reducing age-related inflammation. The protocol is registered with the Cayman Islands government and is IRB-approved, operating as a clinical treatment rather than a traditional phased pharmaceutical trial.
