Drug intelligence / Profile preview
hUCMSCs + hCBMNCs is a combination cell therapy consisting of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs) and human cord blood mononuclear cells (hCBMNCs), developed by Shenzhen Beike Biotechnology. This therapeutic approach combines the immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of mesenchymal stem cells with the hematopoietic and angiogenic potential of cord blood mononuclear cells. The combination is designed to modulate immune responses and enhance angiogenesis. In models of cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury, it has demonstrated the ability to suppress HMGB1 expression and inhibit apoptosis by reducing the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio. The therapy is primarily being investigated for the treatment of premature ovarian failure (POF) in combination with hormone replacement therapy, as well as for acute kidney injury and burn injuries.
