Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) is an investigational cell therapy developed by Guangzhou Saliai Stem Cell Science and Technology for the treatment of infertility caused by severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA), also known as Asherman's syndrome. The therapy involves the local administration of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells into the uterine cavity. These cells are intended to promote endometrial regeneration and inhibit fibrotic processes through paracrine signaling, secreting various growth factors and cytokines that stimulate angiogenesis, reduce inflammation, and encourage the repair of the endometrial lining. This treatment aims to restore uterine function and improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with severe adhesions. The development is supported by collaborations with Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Renji Hospital and Sun Yat-sen University hospitals.
