HX008 + niraparib + trastuzumab is an investigational combination therapy comprising three agents: - **HX008** is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), developed as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. - **Niraparib** is a small molecule poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor that impairs DNA repair in cancer cells with homologous recombination deficiency. - **Trastuzumab** is a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting the HER2 receptor. The rationale for combining these agents includes potential synergistic effects in HER2-positive cancers by promoting synthetic lethality and enhancing antitumor immunity.
