Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HX008 + TACE is a combination therapy that pairs the anti-PD-1 antibody HX008 with Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE). In this regimen, patients receive HX008 at a dose of 200 mg intravenously every 3 weeks, while TACE involves the administration of cisplatin (75 mg/sqm, day 1, every 6 weeks), fotemustine (100 mg/sqm, day 2, every 6 weeks), and lipiodol (usually 5-10 ml, adjusted according to the location and number of lesions). This combination approach aims to leverage both immunotherapy and local tumor control mechanisms to improve outcomes in patients with advanced cancers, particularly those with liver involvement.
