hydrocortisone hemisuccinate + terbutaline

This is a combination drug consisting of hydrocortisone hemisuccinate, a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid, and terbutaline, a selective beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist. Hydrocortisone hemisuccinate acts as an anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive agent by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor, reducing inflammation and immune responses[4][8]. Terbutaline stimulates beta-2 adrenergic receptors in bronchial smooth muscle, leading to bronchodilation and relief of bronchospasm[10].
