Atarax-P is a combination medication consisting of **hydroxyzine**, a first-generation antihistamine, and **paracetamol** (acetaminophen), an analgesic and antipyretic. Paracetamol provides antipyretic and analgesic support by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes in the central nervous system, thereby reducing the incidence of fever and chills.
