Hyoscine butylbromide + dipyrone

Hyoscine butylbromide + dipyrone is a fixed-dose combination of two active pharmaceutical ingredients used primarily for the symptomatic treatment of abdominal pain and cramping associated with gastrointestinal or urinary tract spasms. Hyoscine butylbromide (also known as scopolamine butylbromide) is an antispasmodic and anticholinergic agent that acts as a peripherally acting muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist, leading to smooth muscle relaxation in the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts[3][4][5].
