I'm-Yunity is a mushroom-derived dietary supplement containing polysaccharopeptide (PSP) extracted from the *Coriolus versicolor* (Turkey Tail) mushroom. Developed by Professor Yang Qingyao, it is primarily used as an adjunct therapy for cancer support in both humans and animals (particularly dogs with hemangiosarcoma). PSP is believed to possess immunomodulatory properties, potentially enhancing the immune system's response during chemotherapy or radiation. While marketed as a supplement, it has been the subject of clinical research, including a notable study at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine regarding its effects on canine hemangiosarcoma.
