Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ianalumab + lenalidomide is an experimental combination therapy consisting of ianalumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R), and lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory small molecule. Lenalidomide works by binding cereblon and modulating the immune system, direct tumor cell cytotoxicity, and inhibiting angiogenesis, widely used in multiple myeloma and other hematologic malignancies. The combination is under evaluation for enhanced antitumor immune response and clinical benefit in blood cancers, including multiple myeloma.
