Drug intelligence / Profile preview
iAPA-DC + CTL is a combination cell therapy consisting of dendritic cells (DCs) pulsed with individualized antigen peptide admixture (iAPA) and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). The DCs are loaded with tumor-specific antigens—often identified through patient-specific screening—and are used to prime and activate autologous T cells. These primed DCs present the antigens to T cells, which differentiate into antigen-specific CTLs capable of targeting and killing tumor cells. Upon administration, this therapy aims to stimulate a robust immune response against cancer by enhancing the presentation of tumor-associated antigens and promoting cytolytic activity against malignant cells. This approach has been investigated for various solid tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, and others[1][2][3][4][5][6].
