IBI110 + sintilimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies developed for cancer immunotherapy. IBI110 is a recombinant human IgG4κ anti-LAG-3 (lymphocyte activation gene 3) monoclonal antibody that binds to LAG-3 on T cells, blocking its interaction with MHCII and enhancing T cell-mediated immune responses. Sintilimab is an anti-PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1) monoclonal antibody that blocks the PD‑1 pathway, further promoting antitumor immunity. The dual inhibition of LAG‑3 and PD‑1 aims to synergistically enhance immune checkpoint blockade efficacy in advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), gastric cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma. This combination has shown encouraging safety and efficacy results in early-phase clinical trials[1][2][3][4][5].
