Clinical trials primarily evaluate the IBI188 + azacitidine combination, but the mechanism supports the potential for combinations with immune stimulants like GM-CSF. The main indication is higher-risk MDS, an aggressive blood disorder with limited therapeutic options and poor prognosis.
