Overview

IBI188 + sintilimab is a **combination therapy** consisting of IBI188 (Letaplimab), a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting CD47, and sintilimab, a recombinant fully human monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-1 (PD-1). IBI188 blocks the interaction between CD47 and SIRPα on macrophages, enhancing phagocytosis and anti-tumor immune responses[1][2]. Sintilimab blocks PD-1 signaling, restoring T-cell activity and promoting anti-tumor immunity[6]. This combination is developed for the treatment of various advanced malignant tumors, including myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), refractory acute myeloid leukemia, and solid tumors. Clinical trials have evaluated its efficacy and safety in advanced malignancies[4][7].
