Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination therapy consisting of bevacizumab biosimilar IBI305, cisplatin (chemotherapy), pemetrexed (chemotherapy), and sintilimab (PD-1 inhibitor). IBI305 is a bevacizumab biosimilar that targets vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), inhibiting angiogenesis by blocking VEGF-A from binding to its receptors. Sintilimab is a PD-1 inhibitor that enhances T-cell immune responses against tumor cells. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients with EGFR mutations who have progressed on EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
