Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI310 + sintilimab is a combination immunotherapy regimen consisting of two monoclonal antibodies developed by Innovent Biologics. IBI310 is an anti-cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) monoclonal antibody, while sintilimab is an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) monoclonal antibody. This dual immune checkpoint blockade targets both CTLA-4 and PD-1 pathways to enhance antitumor immune responses. The combination has been investigated in multiple cancer types, including non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), microsatellite instability-high/mismatch repair-deficient (MSI-H/dMMR) colorectal cancer, advanced melanoma, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and cervical cancer. Clinical studies have shown promising efficacy and manageable safety profiles in these indications[1][3][5][7]. The regimen has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation in China for advanced cervical cancer and is under regulatory review as neoadjuvant therapy for MSI-H/dMMR colon cancer[2][8].
