Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IBI334 + superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles + indocyanine green (IBI334-SPIOs-ICG) is a dual-modal, dual-targeting precision imaging and navigation probe developed for lung cancer surgery, specifically non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The probe is constructed by conjugating the bispecific antibody IBI334 (which targets both EGFR and CD276/B7-H3) and the near-infrared-II (NIR-II) fluorophore indocyanine green (ICG) to superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIOs) using a heterobifunctional crosslinker (sulfo-SMCC). This design combines magnetic particle imaging (MPI) for deep-tissue penetration with NIR-II fluorescent imaging for high spatial resolution, enabling precise intraoperative tumor localization and margin delineation to facilitate complete surgical resection.
