Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination regimen consisting of IBI360, sintilimab, and chemotherapy, investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. - **IBI360** is a monoclonal antibody targeting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), functioning as a CLDN18.2 inhibitor. - **Sintilimab** is a fully human monoclonal antibody against programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. - **Chemotherapy** refers to standard cytotoxic agents used in combination to enhance antitumor efficacy (specific agents depend on tumor type or protocol). The mechanism leverages both targeted immunotherapy (anti-CLDN18.2 and anti-PD-1) and non-specific cytotoxic effects of chemotherapy to augment anticancer immunity and tumor regression. The combination is being developed and trialed by Innovent Biologics, with early-phase studies conducted in populations with advanced or metastatic malignant solid tumors, including but not limited to pancreatic carcinoma and HER2-negative gastric adenocarcinoma[1][2][3][4].
