Overview

IBI363 + chemotherapy refers to the combination of IBI363, a first-in-class PD-1/IL-2 α-bias bispecific antibody fusion protein, with standard chemotherapeutic agents. IBI363 is designed to both block the PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathway and activate the IL-2 pathway, thereby rejuvenating exhausted tumor-specific T cells and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. The drug is independently developed by Innovent Biologics. Clinical studies have shown that combining IBI363 with other therapies (such as bevacizumab or potentially chemotherapy) demonstrates promising anti-tumor efficacy in advanced solid tumors including colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), melanoma, biliary tract cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, and ovarian cancer[1][2][3][4][5]. The combination approach aims to leverage both immunomodulatory effects of IBI363 and cytotoxic effects of chemotherapy for improved clinical outcomes.
