IBI363 + IBI305 is an investigational combination therapy developed by Innovent Biologics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and ovarian cancer. **IBI363** is a first-in-class bispecific antibody fusion protein designed to simultaneously block the PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint and activate the IL-2 pathway. It features an IL-2 component biased toward the IL-2α receptor (CD25) to selectively expand tumor-specific T cells while minimizing the systemic toxicity typically associated with high-dose IL-2. **IBI305** is a biosimilar of bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody that targets vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to inhibit tumor angiogenesis. By combining immune checkpoint inhibition, cytokine-driven T-cell proliferation, and anti-angiogenic effects, this regimen aims to overcome resistance in difficult-to-treat populations, such as patients with EGFR-mutant NSCLC who have failed prior therapies and those with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.
