Overview

This is a hypothetical or non-standard combination of three nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): ibuprofen, indomethacin, and naproxen. All three are small molecule NSAIDs commonly used individually to reduce pain, inflammation, and fever by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes involved in prostaglandin synthesis. Each drug is effective as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent but combining multiple NSAIDs is not recommended due to a significantly increased risk of adverse effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, renal impairment, and cardiovascular events. There are no known approved pharmaceutical products or clinical guidelines supporting the use of this triple combination.
