ibuprofen + paracetamol

Brustel is a combination analgesic and antipyretic medication containing ibuprofen and paracetamol. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) provides complementary analgesic and antipyretic effects, primarily through the central nervous system. The combination is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, musculoskeletal pain, and dysmenorrhea, as well as for the reduction of fever. It is manufactured by the Russian pharmaceutical company Biosintez.
