ICG132 + ICG134 is a combination cell therapy consisting of CD19-targeted (ICG132) and CD22-targeted (ICG134) chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells. Developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, this dual-targeting approach is designed to overcome antigen escape, a common cause of relapse in single-target CAR-T therapies. By targeting both CD19 and CD22, which are widely expressed on B-cell malignancies, the therapy aims to provide more durable remissions in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL). The treatment typically involves the sequential or co-infusion of the two distinct CAR-T cell products to ensure comprehensive elimination of malignant B-cells.
