Overview

ICT01 + aldesleukin + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy composed of three agents: ICT01, a monoclonal antibody targeting the immune receptor BTN3A expressed on immune and tumor cells; aldesleukin, a recombinant interleukin-2 (IL-2) acting as a cytokine therapy to stimulate T cell proliferation and activation; and pembrolizumab, a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor classified as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. This experimental combination is under clinical investigation for its potential synergistic immunostimulatory and antitumor effects, aiming to enhance T cell-mediated antitumor immunity in patients with advanced and/or refractory solid tumors.
