ID-LV305 + pembrolizumab

ID-LV305 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination immunotherapy consisting of two components: ID-LV305, an engineered lentiviral vector vaccine targeting NY-ESO-1 antigen, and pembrolizumab, a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). ID-LV305 is designed to stimulate dendritic cells to generate a specific T-cell immune response against NY-ESO-1-expressing tumors, while pembrolizumab blocks the PD-1 pathway to prevent tumor-mediated immune evasion. This combination aims to enhance anti-tumor immunity in cancers expressing NY-ESO-1, such as melanoma, sarcoma, ovarian cancer, or small cell lung cancer.
