Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IDE574 + fulvestrant is an investigational combination regimen consisting of IDE574, an oral small-molecule dual inhibitor of the lysine acetyltransferases KAT6 and KAT7, and fulvestrant, an intramuscularly administered selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD). Developed by IDEAYA Biosciences, this combination is being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial (NCT07540572) for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor-positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) breast cancer. By simultaneously inhibiting KAT6/KAT7-mediated epigenetic transcription and estrogen receptor signaling, the combination aims to overcome endocrine therapy resistance and drug tolerance in ER+/HER2- breast cancer.
