IDOV-Immune+Stealth

**IDOV-Immune+Stealth** is a preclinical-stage engineered oncolytic virus candidate developed by ViroMissile in collaboration with Longyao Bio. Built on the proprietary Intravenously Deliverable Oncolytic Virus (IDOV) platform, which utilizes a modified vaccinia virus strain, IDOV-Immune+Stealth is designed for systemic intravenous administration. The candidate combines the immune-enhancing features of the IDOV-Immune program with the bloodstream persistence and immune evasion capabilities of the IDOV-Stealth program. By incorporating genetic modifications that prevent complement activation and resist clearance by natural killer (NK) cells and T cells, the virus is engineered to survive in the bloodstream and selectively replicate within tumor cells, potentially enabling prolonged tumor destruction and a robust anti-tumor immune response.
