IL-15-expressing chimeric antigen receptor T-cells (Shanxi Bethune Hospital) is an investigational autologous CAR-T cell therapy being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory hematological malignancies, including acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), and multiple myeloma. The therapy involves T cells genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) alongside Interleukin-15 (IL-15). IL-15 is a potent cytokine that promotes the survival, expansion, and metabolic fitness of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells.
