IMA901 + sargramostim

IMA901 + sargramostim is a combination therapy investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma. IMA901 is a multipeptide cancer vaccine designed to stimulate an immune response against tumor-associated antigens. Sargramostim (brand name Leukine) is a recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) that acts as an immunomodulatory adjuvant by promoting the production and activation of dendritic cells and other immune cells. In this combination, sargramostim enhances the immunogenicity of the peptide vaccine by recruiting and activating antigen-presenting cells at the site of vaccination[2][5]. The primary indication studied has been advanced renal cell carcinoma, with clinical trials reaching phase 3[5].
