IMA910 + sargramostim

IMA910 + sargramostim is a combination immunotherapy used in cancer immunization trials, primarily targeting colorectal cancer. IMA910 is a multipeptide therapeutic cancer vaccine designed to induce T-cell responses against a set of tumor-associated antigens commonly expressed in colorectal tumors. Sargramostim (recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, GM-CSF) is included as an adjuvant to enhance antigen-specific immune responses by recruiting and activating dendritic cells at the vaccination site.
