Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMA950 + poly-ICLC is a peptide vaccine immunotherapy consisting of IMA950 (a multipeptide vaccine containing 9 HLA-A2-restricted peptides eluted from glioblastoma samples and 2 HLA class II-binding peptides) combined with poly-ICLC (polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid stabilized with polylysine and carboxymethylcellulose), which serves as an adjuvant. This combination is designed to stimulate the immune system to recognize and attack glioma cells by generating both CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell responses against tumor-associated antigens.
