IMA970A + CV8102 + cyclophosphamide is an investigational combination therapy primarily under evaluation for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). IMA970A is a peptide-based cancer vaccine designed to stimulate an immune response against tumor-associated antigens in HCC. CV8102 is a synthetic RNA-based immunostimulant that acts as a Toll-like receptor 7/8 (TLR7/8) agonist and retinoic acid-inducible gene I (RIG-I) agonist to enhance innate and adaptive immune responses. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent used as chemotherapy and immunosuppressant; in this combination, it may be used at low doses to reduce regulatory T cells and enhance vaccine-induced anti-tumor immunity. The combination aims to synergistically boost anti-tumor immune responses by combining antigen-specific vaccination with broad immune activation and modulation.
