This is a combination regimen consisting of five drugs: - **Imatinib** is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets BCR-ABL, c-KIT, and PDGFR kinases. This combination has been studied in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), particularly as an experimental regimen where imatinib was added to standard mFOLFOX6-bevacizumab therapy[2][4]. The primary indication for this multi-drug regimen in clinical trials has been metastatic colorectal cancer.
