Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a theoretical combination of four tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs): imatinib, nilotinib, dasatinib, and radotinib. Each of these drugs individually targets the BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase, which is the product of the Philadelphia chromosome found in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). While combinations of two TKIs (such as imatinib with dasatinib) have been studied clinically, there is no established clinical use or research on the simultaneous use of all four of these TKIs together.
