Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMM2510 + IMM27M is a combination immunotherapy developed by ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals. IMM2510 is a bispecific antibody fusion protein that simultaneously targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), designed to inhibit both immune evasion and tumor angiogenesis. IMM27M is a humanized, Fc-engineered (ADCC-enhanced) IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4). By combining these agents, the therapy targets three distinct pathways (PD-L1, VEGF, and CTLA-4) to overcome resistance to standard checkpoint inhibitors. The combination is currently in Phase I/II clinical development for advanced solid tumors, with a specific focus on hepatocellular carcinoma and triple-negative breast cancer.
