Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMM2510 + pemetrexed + cisplatin + carboplatin is a combination therapy being developed by ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Inc. for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The regimen consists of IMM2510, a novel bispecific biologic that simultaneously targets the Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) immune checkpoint and the Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) angiogenesis pathway, combined with a chemotherapy backbone of pemetrexed and platinum agents (cisplatin or carboplatin). IMM2510 is designed as an anti-PD-L1 antibody fused to a VEGF receptor 'trap' to enhance anti-tumor activity by blocking immune evasion and tumor vascularization. Pemetrexed acts as an antifolate antineoplastic agent that disrupts folate-dependent metabolic processes, while cisplatin and carboplatin are platinum-based drugs that induce DNA cross-linking and apoptosis. This combination is currently being evaluated in Phase 1b/2 clinical trials as a first-line treatment for metastatic or recurrent disease.
