Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Immunose™ FLU is an investigational intranasal quadrivalent influenza vaccine candidate developed by Eurocine Vaccines AB. The vaccine combines quadrivalent influenza antigens, covering two influenza A and two influenza B strains, with Endocine™, a proprietary lipid-based adjuvant system composed of mono-olein and oleic acid. Designed for needle-free administration, the formulation is intended to induce both local mucosal immunity in the respiratory tract and systemic immune responses to prevent seasonal influenza. Clinical development has primarily focused on evaluating the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of the adjuvanted nasal spray, particularly for use in pediatric populations.
