Immunoxel + Dzherelo

**Immunoxel + Dzherelo** is an oral immunomodulatory botanical supplement approved in Ukraine in 1997 as a dietary herbal product that enhances immunity against viral and infectious diseases, primarily used as an adjunct to standard antituberculosis therapy (ATT) for pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), including drug-resistant and TB/HIV co-infection cases. It restores humoral and cellular immunity, increases interferon production (e.g., IL-2, IFN-γ), suppresses disruptive cytokines (e.g., IL-4, TNF-α), accelerates sputum conversion to negative, improves radiological outcomes like cavity closure, enhances CD4+ and CD8+ T-lymphocyte counts, reduces hepatotoxicity from ATT drugs, and shortens treatment duration, with meta-analyses showing significantly higher sputum negativity rates (RR 3.19) and better clinical improvements compared to ATT alone.[1][4]
